Part II : 文學與管理新思維

 

 

從文學看中國人辯證思維方式:學習, 學而不習 (記一漏萬),不學而習 (為考試而讀書,讀書變成苦差,很難有真學問, 不學不習 (加富有的話,很容易自卑變自大);學而時習才能提升自己。(學而時習之, 不亦悅乎? – 享受學問的快樂)

知之者不如好之者, 好之者不如樂之者。

知(知識)的層次, 專業人士 (Know-how, IQ 的層次)

好(專家)的層次, Know-how + Know-what, IQ + EQ 的層次)

樂(生命)的層次, Know-how + know-what + know-why, IQ + EQ + SQ 的整體思維, 工作與自己生命結合 (參考唐先生, 人生之體驗 p. 62, 說工作... 「...你將自認你的工作之自身有絕對的價值...」

 

貧而不賤, 富而不貴。富而受教才能貴。富是外在,貴是內在的。

詩的對偶辯證思維, 整體思維的特色:

杜甫 : 烽火連三月, 家書抵萬金。

香港的現況 : 烽火廿＋載, 常念一桶金。

朱門酒肉臭, 路有凍屍骨 (貧富縣殊) -->香港扶貧委員會扶貧的態度, 天水圍的整體設計, 怎樣看人整體需要...

絕處逢生的思維 : 「行到水窮處, 坐看雲起時 ...」

                        「不經一番寒徹骨, 那得梅花撲鼻香?」
