君子 = 領袖, 要有質 (先天,與IQ有關) 及文化修養 (後天,EQ 與 SQ 有關)
Modern language: Current business education focus on logic and rational thinking which is left-brain linear thinking focus; 文史哲study are more related to right-brain development which focus on emotional and holistic thinking. For successful business leaders, especially the senior leaders, we must use the whole brain thinking to be successful in this global and competitive world where only World Champion can succeed – we can relate this to the Olympics Game which starts on Aug 8, 2 days before the Radio talk
