Prof. Chan graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1977. He then obtained his MBA and PhD from The University of California at Berkeley and CUHK respectively.

He is an expert in strategic marketing, cross-cultural marketing, Chinese marketing and a professional business negotiator. At present, he is a professor in marketing, the Director of Executive MBA Programme, and the Head of Shaw College in CUHK.

岑練英教授

曾任珠海書院中國文史系主任及中國文史研究所副所長，80年代任香港中文 大學教育學院兼任講師，及後任香港中文大學《中國文學古典精華》研究員 及編輯委員會委員。
